Hi, Yes, it is bombardment-powered (100% charge) and switched on to pairing manner. It works commonly with other computers.

Are you running Any 3rd political party antivirus/antispyware programs? Some of those frequently block Bluetooth.

3rd political party networking tools/programs also interfere with Bluetooth.

Have you lot tried plugging it in, going to Settings, Devices, Bluetooth then turn it on?

Also In Device director does it show connected?

Hullo Rob, I tin verify that afterwards disabling AVG antivirus that the consequence persisted.

I have tried the solutions included in the link. I will notation that one of those solutions was the original condition that caused this result:

  • Remove the Bluetooth device, and then add it again: Select theOutset  push button, and so selectSettings >Devices  >Bluetooth & other devices.. UnderBluetooth, select the device you're having bug connecting to, and then selectRemove device> Yes. To learn more about how to add your Bluetooth device again, see Connect a Bluetooth device.

Following those steps does not resolve the problem.

Device manager does not show the device connected since it was removed from the calculator.

You would need to actually uninstall it and it is one of those along with Norton and McAfee that has been known to interfere.

Turn OFF the Bluetooth device.

On Computer Outset Bill of fare -> Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices - Add together a Device

I've tried just about every technique internally on my laptop for the aforementioned event for two days. As dumb as my solution might sound.. I removed my HDMI, power cable, and all USB devices from the laptop, put it in my lap, and tried connecting. About instantly it paired up and everything is fine.
